Lacy Walker
RDH, BS, FAADH, FAAOSH
Lacy Walker, RDH, BS, FAADH, FAAOSH, is a registered dental hygienist, international speaker, author, and President of the American Academy of Dental Hygiene (AADH), where she also serves as Public Relations Chair. She is passionate about advancing the dental hygiene profession through leadership, education, advocacy, and collaboration.
With more than 25 years of experience in the dental field, Lacy has worked as both a dental assistant and dental hygienist in cosmetic, restorative, periodontal, DSO, and general practice settings, including service within a psychiatric hospital.
Lacy is the Director of Research, Education, and Hygiene Relations for Connect the Dents, LLC, a former Continuing Education Director for A Tale of Two Hygienists podcast, and a founding member of RDH Connect. She maintains Fellowship status with the American Academy for Oral Systemic Health (AAOSH) and is an approved continuing education provider through the American Academy of Dental Hygiene.
Known for her engaging and practical approach to education, Lacy is dedicated to increasing awareness of the oral-systemic connection and empowering healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes. She is a published contributor to RDH Magazine, RDH Connect, DrBicuspid, Dental Academy of Continuing Education, and Dimensions of Dental Hygiene.
