A registered dental hygienist, international speaker, and writer with 25 years of experience in the dental field, working as a dental assistant and dental hygienist in cosmetic, restorative, DSO, periodontal, and general practices, including a psychiatric hospital.

Lacy is also the CE Director for A Tale of Two Hygienists podcast, maintains Fellowship with AAOSH, is the Public Relations Chair and President-Elect for the American Academy of Dental Hygiene, and is one of the founding members of RDH Connect. Lacy is also the Director of Research, Education, and Hygiene Relations at Connect the Dents, LLC.
